I don’t really have a routine I always follow, but for working on abs I recommend Pilates. I’m no expert, but running is good for slimming down thighs, and for arms push-ups and bicep curls work well. If you don’t already have weights and resistance bands, I would get them. Also, you can keep a journal if you wish. If you struggle with motivation, maybe try to get some friends to motivate you or reward yourself in some way? A channel I like is goingananas and she also has an app. Also, eat a lot of protein, which you can find in seafood and meat or if you are vegetarian you can eat eggs and if you are vegetarian good options would be eggs or tofu.
