If a minor, particularly if they are ages 12+, has sex that they consented to with an adult , in no way should the adult be put in jail or even have legal consequences. I have been in multiple relationships with 20+ peoples, 3 if my mother is counting, 2 if I’m counting. (romantic, not sexual for reasons unrelated.) and I consented to all of it. I felt real “love” and sexual attraction to them. I personally do not understand the attraction to prepubescents for adults, and I agree that even if they do consent with sexual relationships it’s still rape because they are not sexually developed to truly want to have sex, but not if you’ve started puberty. I understand the “you may regret it in the future.” Argument, and that’s why I’ve kept my virginity, also I have a complex of some sort. But none of the people who’ve started having sex/sex with adults as a teen regret the adult part. I know some of them regret feeling like a slut, but that’s general culture, that feeling would occur even if it was with minor people. I believe that since the prefrontal cortex, where opinions, beliefs, and logic, has not developed fully in minors, their brain will develop into supporting minor and adult relationships, unless their adult partner was truly an abuser. But that’s about the abuse, not the sex. I know for almost a fact that my Paraphilias and opinions on this topic will not change suddenly when I turn 18, but of course I don’t know this. I’m waiting to see how I think about this in 4 years.
