Because girl orgasms aren’t inherently messy? I think I’ll take ejaculation being part of my orgasm over having to deal with periods any day. For a start, as someone who hasn’t ever had a wet dream, that means I have only ever ejaculated when I have chosen to. I can choose a time and place where I have privacy and don’t have to worry about being prepared to go out in public.
Then it’s all part of the pleasure. In addition to the orgasm itself, which is great and I have to assume is similar for girls, at the point of no return I can feel liquid moving inside, before anything has squirted out, which feels good. Then with each spurt, I can feel it moving along my penis and, when masturbating rather than having sex, like many guys I enjoy seeing the fountain as it spurts out. Feeling the warm splash as each spurt lands on my chest/belly is also a pleasant feeling. Then at the end I can see how much I produced and how far it went and feel virile.
The only part that isn’t directly pleasurable is wiping it off at the end, and that’s not exactly a difficult chore. A few seconds with a used towel and it’s done.
