Around 12-13. Definitely a bit later, and I remember my best friend asking about “hair down there” when we were 11, since he was an early bloomer. I remember him whispering the “down there” part like he was asking a scandalous question 😅 I didn’t start, um “manscaping”, until I was in high school.
