Elara Depends. Born in Melbourne, Australia and I am circumcised as is my brother. But my father is as well (he is Canadian). I’d say uncut is more common though based on what I’ve seen there. Where I live now, in Canada, most boys are circumcised. Not sure why or what the preference is, just is and at the end of the day it doesn’t really matter to me.
