I certainly don’t see it as a self respect issue to have a personal collection of self nudes, though it may still be illegal if you’re under age. I also think there are very limited circumstances when someone should go through someone else’s private stuff so no, women do not “deserve what they get” if someone hacks their cloud storage.
I also don’t think people should be ashamed of their own bodies and I think some societies can be very prudish about that. A naked body isn’t necessarily sexual and, even if in a particular situation it clearly is sexual, sex is a normal part of life and not something we should prentend doesn’t exist. But this prudishness is one reason why it is often not a good idea to have fully identifyable nudes of you floating around the Internet. In some jobs/careers it may be no big deal and in others it will close doors and ruin your prospects.
Then we are also much more than our bodies. Most people should strive to be appreciated for aspects of their personality. For compassion and empathy. For creativity. For drive and determination. For what they can do, rather than just looking good. That applies whether the looking good is clothed or nude.
