🤔 shouldn’t that be the other way round. A year is length of time an object takes to orbit a sun once. Like a day is one rotation on an objects axis

But time itself is a human construct, as it is infinite, like space itself is infinite and finite

BJade I suppose it can be looked at different ways. To me, counting years, putting a number on them is a human construct. Time is a living concept.

Putting numerical values is a human concept (like a year as its a quarter of a day out) like a name to it (a year is a human definition of one orbit of the sun, which isn’t the same length on any planet)

Yeah saying Happy New Year is a human idea, because it would only be accurate once every 4 years (why we have leap years, to reset the concept of a timed year, with a celestial year)
