As to the sports question, there were girls on my soccer team who were busty, but they still managed to get it done! So don’t let that stop you if puberty decudds to go crazy on you in that way. 🙂
As for me, i am in the same camp as @Pultost , it wasn’t until like freshman year of hs that I needed any meaningful support!
