ive had feelings for my stepbrother before, i didnt grow up with him + never saw him as actual family so it was okay in my brain but others may find it weird understandably. im not okay with full blown incest but step siblings are only legally classified as siblings (unless you grew up together, then thats despicable.) nothing happened between us (except cuddling) because he probably did not feel similarly. i probably would not tell him as he is nearly 19 and i am almost 16 and also the fact that my dad had cut me off and by extension i cant see him anymore if i wanted to. PLUS i am a lesbian currently.
