Having a movie or a TV series marathon is a great idea. Voting on them too makes it more fun and involves the group.
My friends and I usually do a theme where we will watch like all Nic Cage films or every Taken movie with Liam Neeson. Or, try to find 1 Star movies and make fun of them or discover that they are actually pretty good.
But yea, board or card games would be good too,, or if you all are into video games. If all else fails, like others have said we just end up talking alot, sharing stories, rumors and gossip lol
