For me, the change was not sudden. It started getting whiter bits, like something that wasn’t mixed very well. Then the amount of white increased until it was all consistently white. I didn’t keep a record of exactly what age but, according to what I have read, it takes about two years between first ejaculation and having cum that is like an adult, i.e. with the number of sperm, the colour and consistency all as for an adult.
