Today I had this season’s first “Fårikål”, which is sheep and cabbage, a typical Norwegian dish we enjoy every autumn (or fall, if you prefer).

Pultost Yep…you right! In some cases leftovers do taste better the following day than they did when++++ eaten on the first day.
