Many people think that one human year is equivalent to seven dog years, but the truth is that dogs don’t grow at a consistent rate and different breeds age differently. This essentially means that you don’t have as much time with your dog as you think you do. They won’t be around forever. There will come a day when your friends will no longer be able to comment that there is fur all over your clothes, or that there are toys under the couch, and you will never hear your dog’s bark again except in videos. So the next time your dogs brings a toy to you, play with them! Cherish them while they are alive you won’t have to regret them when they are dead.
