I’m looking at a bunch of people who say they’re G1 and I think you’re all doing it wrong.
G1 is generic.
G2 is a tighter circumcision. This means the skin can’t slide and the scar is far away from the glans. Basically, when it’s soft, there’s a gap where the outer skin ends and the biggest part of the head.
G3 means there really isn’t a gap. When it’s soft, you can easily pull the skin over the head.
G4 means that most of the tip is showing.
G5 is basically a short foreskin with no overhang.
G6 means that when it’s soft, maybe the tip is slightly poking out.
G7 means there’s very little overhang.
G8 means there’s a lot hanging over when soft.
