Barbara- In a nutshell: I have a medical condition which makes my genitalia abnormally large. And it will continue to grow until god knows when. (This is not the same condition as hyperspermia, i have hyperspermia too, but these two are not related)

So not only are you hung like a horse but you ejaculate like one. Anyway, I just read a Forbes article describing the procedure on a 17 year old who had sickle cell disease and ended up with a massively wide choud that he couldn’t insert into a vagina so they apparently successfully reduced the size of it for him. No idea if its a fake article or not, but if you google, I’m sure you would find it.
