What to Wear this Shirt With

Not sure if you can see it well but it’s kind of flowy and flares at the end of the sleeve as well as on the bottom. What would you wear with it?

Usually shorts in summer or jeans when the weather gets cooler like in fall or spring.

I’d go black leggings or… I dunno, it looks long enough to be a short dress maybe just panties? Or is it not long enough for that?

no, it’s too short to wear as a short dress, but I think it would look nice with black leggings
