If you don’t want to watch porn, that seems fine to me. Many people are not that disciplined, but I think not watching porn is something you probably can achieve.
I think porn can sometimes be like ridiculously sweet things. Fruit, like apples and bananas are sweet and nice to eat but if our diet is full of stuff that has been absolutely stuffed with sugar, we become desensitised to sweet tastes and fruit can seem boring compared with, for example candy. If we get used to using porn all the time, we adapt to it and become a bit desensitised, not physically, but in what we find arouses us.
So, if you’re serious about giving up the porn, the answer is to persevere. Just as our taste can adapt back to a more natural palette if we cut of much of the artificially sweet stuff, so we can adapt back to just having the physical sensations and our own imaginations.
It is probably worth trying a few sessions where you concentrate on the sensations you are getting from your body. Rather than thinking about what you are not seeing, get back in touch with what you are feeling.
Then, as others have said, you can use your own imagination. It’s OK to fantasise about other people, whether they are celebrities or people you know. You can also read erotic stories to stimulate your imagination. No-one is being exploited - it’s just someone writing a story.
