Putting numerical values is a human concept (like a year as its a quarter of a day out) like a name to it (a year is a human definition of one orbit of the sun, which isn’t the same length on any planet)

Yeah saying Happy New Year is a human idea, because it would only be accurate once every 4 years (why we have leap years, to reset the concept of a timed year, with a celestial year)
