I’m trying Pilates as you aren’t known to lose a lot of weight from it but you still strengthen your core. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

    wait wdym work out without losing weight if I Wana have the same weight on the scale then build muscle and replace any fat with muscle

    Yeah, I understand that now. I was worried that burning calories meant losing weight, but since muscle is denser than fat, I think it’s actually helped with healthy weight gain 😀(still not sure though)

    If you’re close to a healthy weight, I don’t think you’d lose much weight at all if you start working out.
