after_the_rain333 I’m trying Pilates as you aren’t known to lose a lot of weight from it but you still strengthen your core. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance. -after_the_rain
Elara after_the_rain333 Pilates is great, but yoga too You can really strengthen yourself and be emotionally better with yoga
BlackParadePixie Anything that builds muscle. Muscle is heavier than fat, so you might gain a little weight.
fvck_idk wait wdym work out without losing weight if I Wana have the same weight on the scale then build muscle and replace any fat with muscle
after_the_rain333 fvck_idk Yeah, I understand that now. I was worried that burning calories meant losing weight, but since muscle is denser than fat, I think it’s actually helped with healthy weight gain 😀(still not sure though)
Jake445 If you’re close to a healthy weight, I don’t think you’d lose much weight at all if you start working out.
