I am not sure if I have misread that but surely most porn is produced by adults for adults, even if teens then end up watching it so I am not sure where paedophilia fits into that.
So, on fantasy, I know not lusting after people is often a message that comes from religion but I am not sure if it is there specifically in the bible. What is in the bible is a consistent anti-adultery message, from the ten commands through things like “A man shall not covet another man’s wife” and “He who commits adultery in his had has also done so in his heart” or some such (as I don’t remember it word for word). So probably this is the origin of the anti-lust stance.
But I also think biblical times were different from today. For one thing, puberty was later. Then rather fewer people would have spend many years in education before finally settling down with a wife to start a family. The Jews have a Bar Mitzvah at 13 to mark a boy becoming a man, at least in the eyes of the Jewish religion. It may seem weird today with the age of majority at 18 in many places and the USA having the age to start drinking at 21, but it was probably much closer to when people would have finished school, started work and started thinking about a partner back then. Then the Jews had arranged marriage so even apathy would not necessarily leave people single for ages.
So a long period between puberty and being married is probably a more recent thing and the bible doesn’t really deal with there being a period of being free, single and horny and the people immediately around us also being free and single. I really cannot see what harm having fantasies can do in that situation, though it may not be a good idea to tell the person concerned. Girls, in particular, may be creeped out if you go up to them and tell them they’re so hot you had a great wank about them last night.
If that hasn’t persuaded you on fantasy, that leaves mindfulness. So what are our bodies and their capabilities for? What about running, for example?
The biological purpose of sprinting is to get away from aggression and the treat of being attacked, whether by an animal or another person.
The biological purpose of long distance running is to track, capture and maybe kill animals as part of being a hunter. We’re not as fast as many other animals but we beat them on stamina so we can just keep going until they collapse from exhaustion.
In modern society, we rarely run away from a threat and never, or almost never, track animals down. People still run, though. They run around the streets because they enjoy it. They run as part of playing sports which they do because they want to, not because it fulfils some important function in society. No-one complains that these things are not what our capability to run is actually for. So why do some people suddenly think differently when it is our reproductive capability? You need to be thinking that your body is yours to enjoy as you wish.
So here’s a suggestion. When you have the time, and some privacy, start by touching your body away from your dick. Pay attention to what it feels like and, hopefully, you find it feels good, though maybe not very intense. Remind yourself that this is your own body and it is yours to enjoy. Once you’ve got used to this, add your dick to what you’re touching. If you’re not already hard by then, enjoy feeling it happen. As you start to stroke it, concentrate on how good that feels. When you get to it, really enjoy the orgasm too. All the while, concentrate on the sensations from your body rather than anything outside your body and remind yourself “This is just enjoying my body”. Then, afterwards, don’t panic. Enjoy the sense of calm and relaxation. The wipe up if you need to and go to sleep or get on with your day.
