Alex How about enter the country the proper way? If you are somewhere, anywhere, illegally then no, you do not have any rights. And I say this as someone who immigrated and went through all the proper channels. When caught, expect to pay the price. My family spent THOUSANDS doing it the right way. I don’t feel sorry for people getting rounded up and shipped off, particularly those who are didn’t follow the process in place. Whether or not you agree with the process or not is arbitrary. It exists and if you don’t follow the rules, expect consequences for your stupid decision.
