A warden at a mental institution was on his evening walk, and checked on the patients. In the first cell, he saw a patient holding his left arm out, and moved his right one up and down in front of his stomach.
“What are you doing?”, the warden asked.
“Can’t you see? I play the guitar!”, the patient replied.
“Uh-huh”. The warden moved on to the next cell, where the patient sat on the floor, moving his arms up and down and all over. “What are you doing?”, he asked.
“Can’t you see? I play the drums!”
“Right”. He moved on, and was shocked when he looked inside the third cell, where a patient was sitting on his bed with his pants around his ankles, holding a bag of peanuts over his genitals and made humping movements.
“What the hell are you doing??”, the warden exclaimed.
“Can’t you see?”, the patient replied. “I’m fucking nuts!”
